Introduction

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through Thingwala or its authorised channels. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Product Information

We take care to ensure that product descriptions and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations may occur. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the product is suitable for their intended use and installation requirements before placing an order.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in ZAR. Payment is required in full before products are dispatched. We accept payment via EFT or secure online payment gateways.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch products within a reasonable time after payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk transfers to the customer once the product is handed over to the courier for delivery.

Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Returns Policy for detailed conditions regarding defective and non-defective returns.

If a product is found by us to be defective within six months of delivery, we will repair, replace, or refund it in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Installation and Use

We provide clear instructions for the installation and use of our products. We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect installation or use.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Privacy

We collect and process customer data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not store payment details.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising will be resolved in accordance with South African legal procedures.
